Repairs and Servicing

I have had the privilege of working on many fantastic guitars over the last few years by providing services to Maestoso Music - guitars by respected makers such as Hauser, Bernabe, Dean, Marin Montero etc. I can provide the following services for your classical or flamenco guitar:

• Repairs to cracks and other structural issues (e.g. loose bridge)

• Set up / adjustment of action

• Fret re-crowning and polishing

• Investigation into buzzing and poor tone

• Refretting

• String changes

• Machine head replacement / upgrade

• French polishing - from fixing dull spots and worn areas up to a full polish from bare wood.

I work on the basis of an hourly rate of £40 and will always aim to provide a full quote where possible for peace of mind. I am exempt from VAT.
